The ideal candidate balances administrative tasks with hands-on inventory control to minimize downtime, reduce stockouts, and support maintenance technicians in a fast-paced food-manufacturing environment.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or Equivalent.
• 2+ years in maintenance or industrial storeroom/warehouse.
• Hands-on CMMS experience preferred (eMaint or similar).
• Proficient with MS Outlook and Excel.

Responsibilities

• Maintain accurate inventory data: part numbers, descriptions, bin locations, and min/max levels in eMaint.
• Perform physical cycle counts and reconcile discrepancies.
• Gather and issue parts for work orders; charge to correct equipment/cost center.
• Kitting for planned maintenance; ensure components are staged before work begins.
• Assist technicians with parts identification and distribution of tools.
• Keep storeroom clean, organized, and compliant with food safety standards.
• Record receipts in CMMS and ensure inventory balances are updated.
• Coordinate with vendors: quotes, status, and expedited shipments.
