Job summary

Capstone Copper is seeking a Maintenance Specialist for Pinto Valley Mine in Miami, AZ. You will improve maintenance and operational practices, lead lubrication standardization, and support downtime reduction across maintenance and operations teams.

Responsibilities include QA/QC of maintenance work, data-driven analysis, and collaboration with supply chain, assets & engineering to drive efficiency and safety in a dynamic mining environment.

Qualifications

• Must be safety-focused with Capstone Values in Action.
• Bachelor’s degree in engineering or related field; or diploma in mining-related discipline.
• Experience in mining environments with lubrication, maintenance strategies and safety protocols.

Responsibilities

• Identify and optimize maintenance and operational practices for quality and efficiency.
• Lead standardized lubrication and maintenance processes across Pinto Valley Mine.
• Monitor downtime data, participate in daily performance meetings, and support troubleshooting.
