Job summary

Capstone Copper in Pinto Valley, AZ is seeking an E&I Maintenance Supervisor to lead the electrical and instrumentation maintenance team and ensure safe, reliable operations at the mine site. This role oversees preventive maintenance, resources, and continuous improvement in a setting that blends mining with modern maintenance practices.

Ideal candidates will have 5+ years in maintenance with E&I systems and at least 3 years in supervision, plus proficiency in SAP and Microsoft Office.

Qualifications

• Minimum 5 years of maintenance experience with electrical and instrumentation systems.
• At least 3 years of supervisory experience in maintenance within a mining or mineral processing environment.
• Strong technical knowledge of E&I systems and preventive maintenance practices.
• Experience using Microsoft Office and SAP for work order management and reporting.
• Knowledge of mine operations, safety regulations, and environmental requirements.

Responsibilities

• Lead the Electrical & Instrumentation maintenance team to ensure safe, reliable, and efficient operations.
• Oversee preventive maintenance programs and supervise staff and resources.
• Drive continuous improvement while upholding Capstone Copper’s safety standards.
• Plan and allocate manpower, tools, and equipment to meet maintenance and production targets.
• Manage spare parts inventory and coordinate contractor services as needed.
• Track work orders and KPI reporting using SAP and other systems.
• Collaborate with Operations and Processing to support production goals.
