Lutheran SeniorLife in Girard, PA is hiring a Maintenance Specialist I in a part-time role (8:00 a.m. – 4:00 p.m., days vary, <35 hours/week). A $4,000 sign-on bonus is offered and starting wages are $18.35 per hour. The role includes general maintenance, grounds work, repairs, rounds, and related duties to keep buildings safe and functional across the campus.

Located in Girard, PA, Lutheran SeniorLife provides a range of community-based health and social services in western Pennsylvania. A valid driver’s license is required and the position supports ongoing preventive maintenance and installations/ renovations as needed.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED is required.
• One year certificate from college or technical school; or 3–6 months related experience and/or training.
• Valid driver’s license is required.

Responsibilities

• Maintenance, grounds maintenance, repairs and security rounds.
• Monitoring, inspecting and preventive maintenance; transportation service.
• Assist with installations/ repairs and renovations to ensure safe, efficient campus operations.

Maintenance Specialist I - We are offering a $4,000 Sign-on Bonus (to be paid throughout the first year of employment) for the Maintenance Specialist I.

Rates starting at $18.35 per hour.

Part-time position, daylight, 8:00 a.m. to 4:00 p.m. days to vary, less than 35 hours/week.

Located in Girard, PA.

Maintenance Specialist I performs general maintenance, grounds maintenance, repairs, security rounds, monitoring, inspecting, transportation service and preventive maintenance, assist with installations/ repairs and renovations, to provide continuous services and a safe environment that is efficient and effective operation for the buildings throughout the campus.

Qualifications

Maintenance Specialist I qualifications include:

• High school diploma or general education degree (GED).
• One year certificate from college or technical school; or three to six months related experience and/or training.
• Valid driver’s license.
