Maintenance Specialist I - We are offering a $4,000 Sign-on Bonus (to be paid throughout the first year of employment) for the Maintenance Specialist I.

Rates starting at $18.35 per hour.

Part-time position, daylight, 8:00 a.m. to 4:00 p.m. days to vary, less than 35 hours/week.

Located in Girard, PA.

Maintenance Specialist I performs general maintenance, grounds maintenance, repairs, security rounds, monitoring, inspecting, transportation service and preventive maintenance, assist with installations/ repairs and renovations, to provide continuous services and a safe environment that is efficient and effective operation for the buildings throughout the campus.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or general education degree (GED).
• One year certificate from college or technical school; or three to six months related experience and/or training.
• Valid driver's license.
