Salary: $50,000 to $60,000 annually.

Preferred Experience: Prior experience in equipment maintenance, HVAC, journeyman work, appliance repair, handyman services, or janitorial work is highly desirable.

Responsibilities

1. Maintaining daily fryer schedules
2. Maintaining outside grounds
3. Cleaning and maintaining equipment, inside and outside windows, stock rooms, and restrooms
4. Managing and unloading delivery trucks as scheduled
5. Maintaining and emptying trash compactors and other trash equipment
6. Cleaning and maintaining HVAC/exhaust units
