Qualifications

The Maintenance Person has a very important role in our restaurants.

Maintenance Team members assist management in achieving and maintaining interior and exterior cleanliness as well as maintaining restaurant equipment. As a member of the Maintenance Team, we will support you with the tools and training needed to be successful in this career.

Salary: $50,000 to $60,000 annually.

Maintenance Specialist is generally offered as a part time or full time job.

Prior experience in equipment maintenance, HVAC, journeyman, appliance repair, handyman or janitorial work is highly desirable.

Requirements/Responsibilities

1. Maintaining daily fryer schedules
2. Maintaining outside grounds
3. Maintaining/cleaning equipment, inside and outside windows, stock rooms and restrooms
4. Managing and unloading delivery trucks as scheduled
5. Maintaining and emptying trash compactor and other trash equipment
6. Maintaining/cleaning HVAC/Exhaust units

Prior experience in equipment maintenance, HVAC, journeyman, appliance repair, handyman or janitorial work is highly desirable.
