Requirements/Responsibilities

1. Maintaining daily fryer schedules
2. Maintaining outside grounds
3. Cleaning and maintaining equipment, inside and outside windows, stock rooms, and restrooms
4. Managing and unloading delivery trucks as scheduled
5. Maintaining and emptying trash compactors and other waste equipment
6. Cleaning and maintaining HVAC and exhaust units
