Requirements/Responsibilities

• Maintaining daily fryer schedules

• Maintaining/cleaning equipment, inside and outside windows, stock rooms, and restrooms
• Managing and unloading delivery trucks as scheduled
• Maintaining and emptying trash compactor and other trash equipment
• Maintaining/cleaning HVAC/Exhaust units
