Job Position Description:

Perform general property maintenance and repairs efficiently and as directed by the management staff. Meet or exceed company standards for cleanliness, cost control, safety, physical condition, and resident satisfaction related to the overall maintenance of the property.

Essential Responsibilities:

• Respond to, prioritize, and complete work orders for resident requests.
• Complete apartment turnovers (painting, drywall patching, checking/testing fixtures, appliances, alarms, changing filters, repairing damage).
• Maintain assets by following preventive schedules to address property needs and maintain equipment, including but not limited to HVAC, boilers, fire protection systems.
• Assist the Executive Director in managing property operations.
• Maintain a high level of customer service when dealing with residents, family members, vendors, and employees of Capri Communities.
