Trenholm State Community College in Montgomery, Alabama, seeks a Maintenance Specialist to support safe operation of campus buildings and equipment through general maintenance and repairs. Under the supervision of the Director of Facilities, the Maintenance Specialists support the safe and efficient operation of campus buildings and equipment by performing general maintenance and repairs. This work requires practical skills and knowledge in painting, carpentry, plumbing, minor electrical repairs, interior alterations, and general mechanical maintenance. In addition, this position works with the facilities and maintenance team on various projects as required. Assist with grounds upkeep and keeping the facilities clean.
