Trenholm State Community College in Montgomery, Alabama seeks a Commercial HVAC Technician to operate, repair, and maintain college HVAC systems across multiple sites. Under the supervision of the Director of Facilities, the Commercial HVAC Technician is responsible for the operation, repair, troubleshooting, and preventive and corrective maintenance of commercial heating, ventilation, and air conditioning systems. This role also includes maintaining chilled water and distribution systems, boilers, and related mechanical and electrical equipment. In addition, this position supports the facilities and maintenance team by assisting with daily work orders when not actively working on heating, ventilation, and air conditioning work orders.
