Maintenance Specialist Role and Responsibilities

• Complete monthly safety inspections on facilities
• Clear sidewalks and parking lots of ice and snow
• Participate in an emergency on-call rotation
• Repair and paint walls/ceilings as needed
• Repair doors and windows as needed
• Assist in moving furniture and other items as needed
• Assist with vehicle maintenance
• Perform electrical and/or plumbing tasks as needed

Maintenance Specialist Qualifications and Education Requirements
