Dayton Freight Lines is seeking candidates for its Maintenance/Shop Management Trainee Program in Missouri. This 24-week, hands-on experience trains graduates to participate in shop operations and prepares them for leadership roles within Dayton Freight's maintenance network.

During training, you will rotate across shifts, learn the LTL industry, and develop supervisory and technical skills in modern facilities. A strong academic record and willingness to relocate are essential.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree from an accredited college.
• Willing to relocate to any Service Center.
• Willing to work a rotation of 1st, 2nd, and 3rd shift during training.
