Arlington Properties is seeking a Maintenance Service Technician for Magnolia Preserve in Dothan, AL. This full-time role emphasizes hands-on upkeep, from prepping vacants to handling work orders and resident-facing service.

You will perform light plumbing, electrical, painting, HVAC support, and appliance repairs, while keeping grounds and common areas inviting. Expect on-call shifts, weekend work, and a strong team environment that values craftsmanship.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• 1-5 years of hands-on maintenance experience (electrical, plumbing, carpentry, HVAC, etc.).
• EPA certification preferred.
• Valid driver’s license, good driving record, and reliable transportation.

QualificationsWhat We’re Looking For

• High school diploma or equivalent
• 1-5 years of hands-on maintenance experience (electrical, plumbing, carpentry, HVAC, etc.)
• Proficiency in at least one major trade area
• EPA certification preferred
• Valid driver’s license, good driving record, and reliable transportation
• Ability to lift up to 100 lbs, climb ladders, and work outdoors in all conditions
• Excellent communication and professionalism with residents and team members
• Available to work flexible schedules, including weekends and on-call shifts
