Job summary

Arlington Properties is seeking a Maintenance Service Technician at Magnolia Preserve in Dothan, AL. You’ll prep vacant apartments, handle work orders, perform general maintenance, and support preventative maintenance to keep the property in top condition.

You’ll work with a hands-on team, be on-call for emergencies, and contribute to a welcoming, well-kept community. Benefits include competitive pay, health insurance, 401(k) match, PTO, and ongoing training.

Qualifications

• 1-5 years of hands-on maintenance experience (electrical, plumbing, carpentry, HVAC, etc.).
• Proficiency in at least one major trade area.

QualificationsWhat We’re Looking For

• High school diploma or equivalent
• 1-5 years of hands-on maintenance experience (electrical, plumbing, carpentry, HVAC, etc.)
• Proficiency in at least one major trade area
• EPA certification preferred
• Valid driver’s license, good driving record, and reliable transportation
• Ability to lift up to 100 lbs, climb ladders, and work outdoors in all conditions
• Excellent communication and professionalism with residents and team members
• Available to work flexible schedules, including weekends and on-call shifts
