Arlington Properties in Dothan, AL is seeking a Maintenance Service Technician for Magnolia Preserve. You’ll prep vacant apartments to market-ready condition and handle work orders with urgency and care.

You’ll perform general maintenance including plumbing, electrical, HVAC, and appliance repair; keep grounds and common areas inviting; support inspections and seasonal tasks; and join a hands-on, value-driven team.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• 1-5 years of hands-on maintenance experience across electrical, plumbing, carpentry, HVAC, etc.
• EPA certification preferred.

QualificationsWhat We’re Looking For

• High school diploma or equivalent
• 1-5 years of hands-on maintenance experience (electrical, plumbing, carpentry, HVAC, etc.)
• Proficiency in at least one major trade area
• EPA certification preferred
• Valid driver’s license, good driving record, and reliable transportation
• Ability to lift up to 100 lbs, climb ladders, and work outdoors in all conditions
• Excellent communication and professionalism with residents and team members
• Available to work flexible schedules, including weekends and on-call shifts
