Arlington Properties is seeking a Maintenance Service Technician in Huntsville, AL. This role involves preparing vacant apartments, handling service requests, and performing general maintenance to keep properties running smoothly and residents comfortable.

You’ll work with electrical, plumbing, carpentry, and HVAC tasks, assist with preventative maintenance, and help with seasonal duties. Join a hands-on team that values reliability and quality service.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• 1–5 years of hands-on maintenance experience (electrical, plumbing, carpentry, HVAC, etc.).
• Proficiency in at least one major trade area.
• EPA certification preferred.
• Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation.
• Ability to lift up to 100 lbs and work outdoors in all conditions.
• Flexible schedules, including weekends and on-call shifts.
