Arlington Properties is seeking a Maintenance Service Technician to join our on-site team at The Rivi in Foley, AL. This full-time role involves hands-on maintenance across electrical, plumbing, carpentry, and HVAC, with a focus on preparing units for move-ins and addressing resident needs.

Qualifications

• 1–5 years of hands-on maintenance experience in electrical, plumbing, carpentry, HVAC, or related fields.
• EPA certification preferred and valid driver’s license with reliable transportation.
• Ability to lift up to 100 lbs, climb ladders, and work outdoors in all conditions.

Responsibilities

• Prep vacant apartments to market-ready condition.
• Handle work orders with skill and urgency.
• Perform general maintenance including light plumbing, electrical, painting, HVAC support, and appliance repair.

What You’ll Do

• Pitch in with snow removal, pool upkeep, and seasonal tasks

QualificationsWhat We’re Looking For

• Proficiency in at least one major trade area
• EPA certification preferred
• Valid driver’s license, good driving record, and reliable transportation
• Ability to lift up to 100 lbs, climb ladders, and work outdoors in all conditions
• Excellent communication and professionalism with residents and team members
• Available to work flexible schedules, including weekends and on-call shifts
