Job summary

Arlington Properties is seeking a Maintenance Service Technician at Reserve at Wynwood Apartments in Cullman, AL. If you love working with your hands and solving problems, you’ll fix HVAC, plumbing, electrical, and painting tasks to keep units and common areas in top shape.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• 1–5 years of hands-on maintenance experience (electrical, plumbing, carpentry, HVAC, etc.).
• Proficiency in at least one major trade area.
• EPA certification preferred.
• Valid driver’s license, good driving record, and reliable transportation.
• Ability to lift up to 100 lbs, climb ladders, and work outdoors in all conditions.
• Excellent communication and professionalism with residents and team members.
• Available to work flexible schedules, including weekends and on‑call shifts.
