Job summary

Arlington Properties is seeking a Maintenance Service Technician in Tuscaloosa to prep vacant apartments, handle work orders, and perform general maintenance including plumbing, electrical, HVAC, and painting.

You will keep grounds clean, support preventive maintenance and inspections, and stay on-call for emergencies, joining a hands-on team with training and competitive benefits.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• 1–5 years hands-on maintenance experience (electrical, plumbing, carpentry, HVAC, etc.).
• Proficiency in at least one major trade area.
• EPA certification preferred; valid driver’s license and reliable transportation.

Qualifications: What We’re Looking For
