What you will be doing:

We are seeking a dedicated and customer-oriented individual with prior apartment maintenance experience to join us as a Maintenance Technician at Morgan Properties. Your responsibilities will include:

1. Troubleshooting service issues such as HVAC, appliances, carpentry, electrical, and plumbing.
2. Ensuring the property meets company standards and legal requirements both inside and outside.
3. Responding promptly to maintenance tickets.
4. Following up with residents and office staff regarding work status.
5. Participating in an on-call rotation that includes nights and weekends.

What we expect from you:

• Valid driver’s license and personal vehicle.
• Residency within a 30-minute commute of the properties.
• HVAC/EPA/CFC Certification is preferred.
• High school diploma or GED, with one year of related experience or equivalent education and experience.
• Successful completion of a criminal background check and drug screening.
