Morgan Properties is hiring a Senior Service Technician in Randallstown, MD. This full-time role focuses on maintaining apartment community systems to meet company standards and legal requirements.

You will troubleshoot HVAC, appliance, carpentry, electrical and plumbing issues, with on-site responsibilities and strong communication with residents and staff. EPA/CFC certification is preferred and a valid driver's license is required.

Now hiring Senior Service Technicians

We are seeking a Senior Service Technician with a "Whatever It Takes" approach to join our team! In this full-time role, you will be responsible for ensuring that the physical aspects of this apartment community meet both company standards and applicable laws.

As The Senior Service Technician, You Will Help To

• Be responsible for trouble-shooting service issues including, but not limited to, HVAC, general appliance, carpentry, electrical and plumbing.
• Maintain interior and exterior areas in accordance with company standards, compliance requirements, and applicable laws
• Respond promptly and efficiently to maintenance service tickets
• Communicate clearly and professionally with residents and office staff regarding repairs and updates

Compensation & Incentive

• Base Pay: $26.00-$30.00
• Up to 50% Rent Discount
• Property Staff Shared Renewal Commissions
• Morgan Essentials: $300 quarterly
• On-Call Appreciation: $15/day for holding the on-call phone

• Generous Paid Time Off, including 10 holidays per year and sick leave

Schedule

• Monday - Friday
• Paid rotating on-call participation required
• Must be available and prepared for emergency events
• *Schedule subject to change based on business needs

What We’ll Expect From You

• Active, valid driver’s license and a personal vehicle
• HVAC / EPA / CFC certification preferred
• One year of related experience or an equivalent combination of education and experience
