Job summary

PCI Pharma Services in Rockford, IL seeks a Maintenance Scheduler to plan and coordinate all mechanical maintenance activities across production. You will create, update and maintain changeover and preventive maintenance procedures, while ensuring the production schedule is accurate and changeovers are minimized.

You will also analyze equipment failures, update documentation, and collaborate with business units and scheduling to support launches and validations.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in a related field with 1-5 years related experience.
• Strong mathematical, analytical and problem solving abilities.
• Proficient in computer skills and able to use various software.
• Fluent in English with professional proficiency.

Responsibilities

• Create, update and distribute changeover documentation.
• Create, update and distribute preventative maintenance documents.
• Manage a daily and monthly maintenance schedule for maintenance changeovers, repairs and production support.
• Coordinate with Scheduling to ensure Production Schedule accuracy and reduce changeovers.
• Attend Tier II meetings and provide follow-up and feedback.
• Analyze equipment failures to improve reliability while maintaining productivity.
• Update setup documentation to ensure settings are current and accurate.
• Coordinate with business units for launch/validation timelines and materials.
• Manage and prioritize backlog of maintenance work.
• Collaborate with tool crib and engineering for accuracy and modifications.
• Participate in value stream activities and change control.
• Adhere to PCI, cGMP and GCP policies and regulations.
