Job summary

PCI is seeking a Maintenance Scheduling Planner in Rockford, IL to plan and coordinate maintenance activities across the plant. This role involves creating and updating preventative maintenance documents, managing changeovers, and ensuring alignment with the production schedule.

The ideal candidate will have a related degree or 1–5 years of experience, strong math and computer skills, and fluency in English. Occasional overtime may be required, with a comprehensive benefits package.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in related field and/or 1–5 years related experience and/or training.
• College level mathematical skills.
• Intermediate computer skills and ability to perform complex computer tasks.
• Full professional proficiency in English (spoken and written).
• High reasoning and problem-solving abilities.

Responsibilities

• Plan maintenance work: installation, set ups, repairs, modifications.
• Create, update, and maintain preventative maintenance docs.
• Manage daily/monthly maintenance schedule and changeovers.
• Coordinate with Scheduling to ensure accurate production schedule.
• Analyze equipment failures to improve reliability and productivity.
• Assist with change control and setup documentation.
