PCI is hiring a Maintenance Mechanic 2 for the 1st shift in Rockford, IL. You will install, troubleshoot, maintain, and repair equipment while following all safety and cGMP practices.
Work with packaging lines, perform preventive maintenance, changeovers, and improve line reliability to support production goals. Candidates should have 2–3 years of manufacturing maintenance experience or a related technical school credential, basic math and computer skills, and the ability to interpret manuals
Formación
- 2–3 years maintenance experience in manufacturing or a related technical school program.
- Basic math and computer skills are required.
- Ability to read and interpret equipment manuals and work orders.
Responsabilidades
- Install, troubleshoot, maintain, and repair equipment on the production lines.
- Perform preventive maintenance, changeovers, repairs, and running adjustments.
- Collaborate with other maintenance staff to keep lines running efficiently.
- Identify failures, analyze causes, and implement corrective actions to prevent recurrence.
- Adhere to PCI, cGMP, and GCP policies; escalate safety or quality issues as needed.
