Job summary

SP+ is seeking a Maintenance Coordinator in Michigan to plan, schedule, and coordinate maintenance activities for a large network of facilities. The role focuses on efficient task scheduling, resource allocation, and ensuring compliance with safety standards and company policies.

You will collaborate with the Maintenance team and outside vendors to minimize downtime, manage work orders, and track expenses while maintaining accurate records and reports for KPIs and budget control.

Qualifications
