Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED required.
• Several years of experience in maintenance, facilities, manufacturing, or related technical environment.
• Experience using CMMS to create, schedule, update, and close work orders.
• Knowledge of preventive and corrective maintenance and maintenance workflows.
• Experience coordinating with operations, technicians, contractors, vendors, and support teams.
• Experience with spare parts, inventory management, purchasing, or maintenance parts coordination.
• Proficient with MS Office (Outlook, Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Teams).
• Strong organizational, prioritization, communication, and follow-up skills.
• Ability to read equipment manuals, drawings, PM procedures, and maintenance records.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
• Commitment to safety and continuous improvement.

Responsibilities

• Develop, maintain, and improve preventive maintenance schedules across production, facility, utility, and process equipment.
• Plan and schedule reactive, corrective, preventive, and predictive maintenance with maintenance and operations teams.
• Review incoming work requests, clarify scope, prioritize work, and ensure information is complete.
• Build detailed job plans including labor, parts, tools, safety requirements, permits, drawings, vendor support, and downtime estimates.
• Coordinate with operations to minimize production impact during maintenance.
• Manage maintenance backlog and prioritize critical repairs and planned work.
• Track PM completion, schedule compliance, downtime, and maintenance KPIs.
• Maintain CMMS records and asset history; update PM plans.
• Support purchasing for maintenance parts, tools, services, and contractor support.
• Manage spare parts inventory, min/max levels, reorder points, and cycle counts.
• Coordinate vendor and contractor scheduling for planned maintenance and inspections.
• Support root cause analysis by reviewing maintenance history and failure trends.
• Develop and improve standard work instructions, PM procedures, and planning templates.
• Participate in daily, weekly, and monthly maintenance planning meetings.
• Support reliability and continuous improvement initiatives and communicate risks to stakeholders.
