Mechanical Systems Company, LLC is seeking a Maintenance Sales Representative to generate new maintenance and service agreement business by building long-term relationships with property managers, facility leaders, and business owners. You will prospect, follow up, and foster trust within a relationship-driven sales cycle.

The role offers a base salary with uncapped commissions and a first-year on-target earnings range of $110,000–$130,000, with top performers earning well into six figures.

Schedule: 7:30 AM - 4:30 PM Monday through Friday
