Capitol Boiler Works, Inc. is seeking a Maintenance Sales Representative to drive new business in the DC Metro area and nearby regions. This on-site role involves meeting with customers, presenting tailored maintenance service agreements, and closing deals to meet quotas.

Qualifications

• Identify and develop new business opportunities through cold calling, networking, door-to-door visits, email campaigns, and lead generation platforms.
• Schedule and conduct on-site customer meetings to evaluate and promote maintenance service agreements.
• Prepare and deliver professional sales proposals, quotes, and presentations tailored to customer needs.
• Follow up on leads generated by marketing and service departments.
• Manage a sales pipeline and maintain regular contact with prospects to close deals.

Responsibilities

• Consistently meet or exceed monthly, quarterly, and annual sales quotas.
• Collaborate with marketing to refine targeting strategies and generate leads.
• Maintain up-to-date records in the CRM system (e.g., Salesforce) including activity tracking, contact notes, and proposal statuses.
• Submit regular sales reports, forecasts, and performance updates to management.
• Stay informed about industry trends, equipment technologies, energy efficiency programs, and competitor offerings.
