Job summary

CoolSys is seeking a Maintenance Sales Representative Specialist to optimize the sales process, analyze data, and enhance the performance of the sales team. You will support CRM usage, prepare reports, and collaborate with marketing and product teams to drive growth.

You will assist in forecasting, revenue planning, and tools optimization while working closely with cross-functional teams to ensure alignment and success in a fast-paced, B2B environment.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field.
• 1-3 years proven experience in a sales operations, sales support, or analytical role.
• Strong proficiency in CRM tools (Salesforce, Microsoft Dynamics, HubSpot).
• Advanced Excel skills and experience with data analysis.
• Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
• Strong organizational and time management abilities.
• Experience with sales forecasting, reporting, and pipeline management.
• Familiarity with sales enablement platforms and tools.
• Experience in a B2B sales environment is a plus.
• Knowledge of sales processes and methodologies.

Responsibilities

• Assist in developing, implementing, and optimization of sales processes, tools, and systems.
• Analyze and improve workflows to increase efficiency and reduce bottlenecks.
• Provide training and support to the sales team on CRM and other sales tools.
• Maintain accurate records in CRM and other sales-related systems.
• Prepare regular reports on sales performance, trends, forecasts, and opportunities.
• Provide insights based on data analysis to guide decisions.
• Assist in sales forecasting by analyzing historical data and trends.
• Help prepare revenue projections and sales targets.
• Support sales leadership in evaluating strategies and performance.
• Collaborate with marketing and product teams to keep collateral up to date.
• Assist in managing CRM systems (Salesforce, HubSpot).
• Identify and implement new tools to boost sales performance.
• Coordinate with IT and other departments for proper integration.
• Track KPIs and sales metrics to identify improvement areas.
• Provide feedback to management on effectiveness and gaps.
• Work with other departments to ensure alignment and execution.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
