Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or related field.
• 1-3 years proven experience in a sales operations, sales support, or analytical role.
• Strong proficiency in CRM tools (Salesforce, Microsoft Dynamics, HubSpot).
• Advanced Excel and data analysis skills.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Experience with sales forecasting, reporting, and pipeline management.
• Familiarity with sales enablement platforms and tools.

Responsibilities

• Assist in the development, implementation, and optimization of sales processes, tools, and systems.
• Analyze and improve existing workflows to ensure efficiency and reduce bottlenecks.
• Provide training and support to the sales team on best practices for using CRM and other sales tools.
• Maintain accurate records in CRM and other sales-related systems.
• Prepare regular reports on sales performance, trends, forecasts, and opportunities.
• Provide actionable insights based on data analysis to help the sales team make informed decisions.
• Assist in sales forecasting by gathering and analyzing historical data and trends.
• Help with the preparation of revenue projections and sales targets.
• Collaborate with marketing and product teams to ensure that sales teams are equipped with up-to-date collateral and messaging.
• Coordinate with IT or other departments to troubleshoot system issues and ensure proper integration with other business functions.
• Track KPIs and sales metrics to identify areas for improvement.
