Job summary

Evergreen Real Estate Group seeks a Maintenance Supervisor in Cincinnati, OH to safeguard the physical integrity of the community and provide a safe living environment. You will lead maintenance and janitorial staff, manage work orders, and coordinate with the Property Manager to keep facilities in top condition.

The role requires hands-on maintenance experience, strong safety knowledge, and the ability to schedule and supervise teams across daily operations and emergencies.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required; 3–5 years of related maintenance supervision experience preferred.
• Must be able to read and interpret safety rules and procedures; strong documentation skills.

Responsibilities

• Maintains and repairs as assigned or delegated; may supervise maintenance/janitorial staff.
• Oversees work orders and coordinates with Property Manager; ensures tasks completed within schedule.
• Schedules staff for emergency coverage; conducts regular safety meetings and maintains MSDS records.
• Inspects property for hazards, maintains grounds, and ensures compliance with EPA/OSHA regulations.
• Keeps accurate maintenance records, equipment inventories, and inspections; coordinates with vendors as needed.
