Job summary

The Cincinnati Insurance Companies, headquartered in Fairfield, Ohio, seeks a building maintenance supervisor to lead a team and oversee maintenance, custodial services, and workplace systems across our facilities. You will manage vendor relationships, ensure safety and facility standards, and support budgeting and project work.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in facilities management or related field.
• Experience supervising maintenance, custodial or facility operations.
• Experience managing operational budgets and vendor contracts.
• Certifications in facilities management preferred.

Responsibilities

• Lead maintenance and custodial teams to ensure service quality.
• Oversee interior and exterior building finishes and workplace functionality.
• Manage vendor contracts and service agreements.
• Coordinate preventive maintenance and asset documentation.
• Support budget planning and cost-control initiatives.
• Respond to emergencies and after-hours facility needs.
