Job summary

Qualifications

- Minimum of 10 years in machinery maintenance; at least 2 years in supervision.
Responsibilities
- Develop and oversee a preventive and corrective maintenance program.
- Diagnose machinery issues and coordinate repairs to minimize downtime.
- Provide technical guidance to maintenance staff and production teams.
- Analyze equipment performance and pursue reliability improvements.
- Maintain records of maintenance activities and reports to management.
- Coordinate schedules with production, engineering and other departments.
- Mentor line operators and technicians for continuous improvement.
- Ensure compliance with safety regulations and audits.
- Manage spare parts inventory and procurement as needed.
- Oversee facilities maintenance and equipment readiness; travel ~20%.
