Salary ranges from $41,506 to $61,927 annually for non-civil service permanent full-time staff.

Qualifications

• Two years of experience as a Maintenance Repairman 1 or four years in building/plant maintenance with two trades

Responsibilities

• Carpentry work: repair doors, furniture, and structural items; operate power tools.
• Electrical tasks: install circuits, repair fixtures, maintain motors and lighting.
• Plumbing repairs: install/repair fixtures, clear drains, maintain lines.
• HVAC maintenance: service heating/cooling units, repair steam equipment.
• Groundskeeping: maintain lawns, remove debris, seasonal tasks incl. snow removal.
• Follow safety practices and use PPE.
