College of Southern Nevada is seeking a Maintenance Repair Specialist I to support facility operations across its Las Vegas campuses. Under supervision you will manage routine maintenance, coordinate with contractors, and help develop budget estimates for facilities projects.
You will perform tasks in plumbing, carpentry, electrical, painting, and equipment maintenance, with travel between campuses and vendors as needed, while following safety rules.

Grade 30, CBA A, E, F Step 1: $54,810.00
Per Nevada Administrative Code (NAC 284.170), salaries for initial appointments for classified positions typically begin at Step 1.
