Job summary

Carlisle Brake & Friction Inc seeks a Maintenance and Reliability Technician to lead predictive and preventive maintenance programs, perform root cause analysis, and support asset reliability improvements across the plant. The role requires strong troubleshooting, mechanical and electrical aptitude, and teamwork with the Reliability Engineer.

Ideal candidates bring 5+ years in manufacturing maintenance, hands-on experience with CMMS, and the ability to work flexible hours and overtime as needed

Qualifications

• 5 years of maintenance experience in manufacturing.
• Experience with a CMMS such as MVP Plant.
• Willing to work overtime, holidays, various shifts and weekends.

Responsibilities

• Support the predictive/preventive maintenance program.
• Provide support to Operations, Maintenance and Reliability to eliminate unplanned downtime due to equipment defects.
• Participate in Root Cause Analysis (RCA) for improved reliability of key assets.
• Work on PMs and Corrective Work Orders.
• Identify improvements for PM tasks & processes and optimize PM procedures accordingly.
• Support critical spare parts process.
• Attend continuous improvement activities.
• Work directly with Plant Reliability Engineer developing and implementing predictive maintenance strategies.
• Support various special projects, asset management, troubleshooting, and metric and performance measurement development.
