Job summary

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Understanding of basic electrical and mechanical systems.
• 6+ months related maintenance experience.
• Troubleshooting and RCA skills.
• Knowledge of processes and equipment.
• Ability to identify anomalies in equipment.
• Proficiency with basic hand tools.

Responsibilities

• Conduct routine rounds and monitor equipment to detect anomalies.
• Independently perform maintenance in accordance with industry standards.
• Identify required parts, supplies, and repair items.
• Collaborate with Planner/Scheduler to optimize preventive maintenance.
• Ensure compliance with 5S and housekeeping standards.
• Perform maintenance tasks, make adjustments and repairs, and complete preventive maintenance as scheduled.
• Conduct RCAs on equipment reliability failure modes.
• Troubleshoot with other workgroups as needed.
• Apply lockout/tagout procedures and participate in return-to-service activities.
• Deliver accurate and high-quality work notifications.
