Job summary

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED.
• 4+ years industrial maintenance experience or completion of an apprenticeship.
• Experience troubleshooting and repairing mechanical equipment in a manufacturing setting.
• Ability to read and interpret mechanical drawings and blueprints.
• Basic computer skills.

Responsibilities

• Perform preventive, predictive, and corrective maintenance on manufacturing and utility equipment.
• Troubleshoot mechanical failures and equipment performance issues.
• Repair, replace, and rebuild pumps, gearboxes, shafts, bearings, seals, conveyors, motors, fans, and other production equipment.
• Operate machine shop equipment and fabricate/repair parts as needed.
• Read blueprints and technical specifications; enter data into SAP Maintenance Management System.
• Collaborate with operations, engineering, and maintenance teams.
