Responsibilities

• Diagnoses malfunctions using gauges and test instruments; disassembles and repairs components with hand/power tools.
• Inspects mechanical equipment typical of a chemical facility for reliability and safety.
• Coordinates with production and other departments for feedback on machinery functionality.
• Applies RCA thinking to identify root causes and prevent recurrence of failures.
