Essity, a global leader in health and hygiene, is seeking a Maintenance Reliability Supervisor for our Neenah, WI manufacturing facility. You will direct maintenance, apply TPM, forecast needs, and manage budgets to improve reliability and cost.

This role demands strong leadership and hands-on expertise in engineering and maintenance planning. The position offers a competitive salary with annual incentive bonus and a suite of benefits.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in engineering preferred.
• Minimum of 5 years of maintenance leadership or equivalent experience.
• Experience with maintenance planning.
• Familiarity with SAP/CMMS.
• Proficient with MS Project, Excel, PowerPoint.

Responsibilities

• Direct and manage the Maintenance department in line with the company strategy.
• Lead the implementation of Total Productive Maintenance.
• Forecast maintenance needs and manage budgets.
• Develop preventive and predictive maintenance programs.
• Monitor vibration and condition monitoring programs.
• Prepare reports on machine condition and repairs.
• Ensure compliance with safety and environmental systems.
