Responsibilities include directing daily operations, overseeing CMMS activities, and driving improvements to enhance reliability and efficiency across sortation and control systems.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED is required; an associate degree in a related field is preferred.
• 2+ years in industrial maintenance with supervisory or team-lead experience; broader leadership exposure a plus.
• Experience leading project teams, improving equipment/process quality (QDM).

Responsabilités

• Coach and develop maintenance staff; manage performance and productivity.
• Plan, organize, and direct day-to-day department operations.
• Ensure budget adherence and address variances.
• Communicate quality and safety standards in line with FedEx.
• Oversee CMMS tasks including work orders and maintenance entries.
