Qualifications

Responsabilités

• Coaches and develops staff, manages performance and productivity.
• Plans, organises and directs day-to-day department operations.
• Ensures quality, safety and budget alignment with FedEx standards.
• Ensures preventative maintenance program is completed timely and accurately.
• Manages CMMS activities and coordinates maintenance work orders.
• Provides technical expertise in sortation electrical/mechanical systems.
