Qualifications

• Two years of industrial maintenance experience with people management required.

• Knowledge of mechanical power transmission and electrical power or machine controls.
• Ability to develop QA-driven equipment/process improvements (QDM).

Responsibilities

• Supervise maintenance technicians and set performance expectations.
• Plan, organize, staff, direct and control daily department operations.
• Manage CMMS activities and maintenance work orders.
• Ensure compliance with safety and quality standards.
• Identify improvements to the material handling system and coordinate vendor bids.
• Provide technical expertise in sortation electrical and mechanical systems.
