Job summary

Monoflo International, Inc. is seeking a Maintenance Engineer to enhance the reliability and performance of injection molding equipment and related systems. You will identify chronic issues, develop corrective actions, and lead projects aimed at increasing uptime, safety, and efficiency.

Responsibilities include leading RCA activities, developing PM programs, and supporting automation and capital projects while ensuring thorough documentation and data-driven improvements.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical, Electrical, Industrial Engineering, Mechatronics, or related field.
• Experience in a manufacturing setting with equipment reliability focus.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills and RCA experience.
• Ability to read electrical schematics and mechanical drawings.
• Proficiency with Excel and data analysis; MS Office.

Responsibilities

• Analyze equipment failures, downtime, and recurring maintenance issues to identify root causes.
• Lead root cause analysis (RCA) and corrective actions for significant equipment failures.
• Develop and implement maintenance strategies to improve reliability and uptime.
• Develop PM programs and assess PM frequencies.
• Support installation, commissioning, and optimization of new equipment.
• Maintain CMMS and ensure documentation accuracy.
