Job summary
Plastic Molding Technology in El Paso, TX is seeking a Maintenance Technician to maintain and troubleshoot equipment used in plastic molding operations. You will work with electrical, pneumatic, hydraulic, servo, and stepper motor systems, and support PLCs, HMIs, robotic controllers, and related equipment to ensure reliable production.

Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent required with technical certifications in automation or related fields.
- Experience with electrical, pneumatic, hydraulic and plumbing controls in a manufacturing setting.
- Strong ability to read schematics and manuals for maintenance tasks.
Responsibilities
- Conduct regular equipment inspections and proactively identify issues.
- Plan and execute preventive maintenance to maximize uptime.
- Install and repair electrical, pneumatic, hydraulic, servo, and stepper motor components.
- Maintain PLCs, HMIs, robotic controllers, servo drives, and related equipment.
- Document maintenance work and support data-driven decisions.
- Collaborate with operators and engineers to optimize processes.
