Job summary

Lakeside Foods Inc. seeks a Maintenance Manager to lead maintenance operations at our Weston, Oregon facility. You will oversee equipment reliability, preventative maintenance, and capital projects while driving continuous improvement.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• ,
• Five+ years of maintenance experience in food manufacturing or related industry.
• ,
• Three to five years supervisory/leadership experience preferred.
• Working knowledge of industrial ammonia refrigeration systems required.
• Experience with Process Safety Management (PSM) and Risk Management Program (RMP) regulations preferred.
• Ability to read blueprints, schematics, and electrical diagrams.
• Experience developing preventive/predictive maintenance programs.

Responsibilities

• Lead, coach, and develop maintenance team members with clear performance expectations.
• Schedule, prioritize, and assign maintenance work for staff and contractors.
• Ensure training and competency for safe, reliable operations.
• Serve as primary contact for maintenance emergencies.
• Coordinate daily maintenance activities and support long-term goals.
• Develop and improve preventative maintenance programs and procedures.
• Oversee repairs, installations, and facility improvements to maximize reliability.
• Read blueprints and troubleshoot mechanical, electrical, and refrigeration systems.
• Manage capital projects: budgeting, scheduling, execution.
• Maintain maintenance budgets, vendor relationships, and parts inventory.
