Job summary

Land O'Lakes, Inc. is seeking a Maintenance Manager to lead maintenance and reliability strategies across the site, ensuring safety, quality, sanitation, and regulatory compliance while maintaining production assets, utilities, buildings, and grounds in top condition.

You will partner with Engineering, plant management, EH&S and Quality on project scope, capital requests, and expense estimates; manage contractors and capital projects; drive TPM; and develop the maintenance team across shifts.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s Degree in Engineering or Food Processing field with a minimum of 5 years’ experience in an industrial plant and 3+ years in a leadership role, or an Associate’s Degree with 7+ years of technical maintenance experience.
• Knowledge of dairy or foods manufacturing processes; experience with ammonia refrigeration systems and PSM regulations.
• Solid project management, GMPs, and maintenance best practices; ability to lead and develop a maintenance team.

Responsibilities

• Lead maintenance and reliability strategies to improve productivity while ensuring safety, quality, sanitation, and regulatory compliance.
• Manage site assets, facilities, maintenance, and modifications of equipment, utilities, buildings, and grounds.
• Collaborate with Engineering, plant management, EH&S and Quality on project scope, capital requests, and expense estimates; oversee contractors and capital projects.
