voestalpine Railway Systems Nortrak in Pueblo, CO is seeking a Maintenance Manager to lead the maintenance department, drive a proactive maintenance strategy, and deliver equipment reliability, uptime, and cost efficiency. You will develop a reliability-centered maintenance culture focused on safety and continuous improvement.

Qualifications

• Postsecondary diploma or degree in Engineering, Industrial Management, Manufacturing, Production Operations, or a related field.
• Minimum of 5 years of manufacturing maintenance experience.
• Minimum of 3 years of supervisory/management experience.
• Experience implementing preventive and predictive maintenance programs.
• Experience utilizing CMMS platforms for maintenance planning and reliability improvement.
• Knowledge of TPM, RCA, FMEA, RCM, and condition-based monitoring.
• Proven ability to reduce unplanned downtime and improve equipment reliability metrics.
• Strong electrical knowledge including power distribution, motors, PLCs, and hydraulic systems.

Responsabilités

• Lead safety programs and ensure compliance with policies and regulations.
• Develop and improve preventive and predictive maintenance to maximize reliability and minimize downtime.
• Establish and monitor reliability KPIs (uptime, MTBF, MTTR, PM compliance, backlog).
• Utilize CMMS to manage work orders, planning, and asset history.
• Collaborate with operations to eliminate chronic equipment losses.
• Plan and execute maintenance activities while managing budgets and costs.
• Drive RCA, TPM, and continuous improvement initiatives.
